Caroline joins TEC having previously worked at IPC Systems, Inc. for the past 21 years where she was the Director of Finance for Trading Systems North America.  She brings extensive experience in revenue recognition, job costing and project accounting, systems implementation and integration, and complex accounting resolution. As the Controller for Service Operations, she is using her extensive experience to streamline billing and implement process controls through new software implementation.  Working in conjunction with the Service team her goal is to provide accurate and timely financial reporting and forecasting, and to assist the organization in the future growth of the business.  She received her BS in Business Management from Virginia Tech.
