With an extensive background in service operations and contract administration roles, Liz brings forth a level of care that not only suits our clients needs, but also our growing staffs requests. Her tenacity and willingness to constantly learn is contagious and helpful for all. Our contract teams works closely with Liz to make sure our clients needs for their facilities are met to address the preventative maintenance needed, upgrades and more to assure their mechanical systems are running to their absolute best. Liz’s familiarity with our  vendors and their changing product lines allows her to pick and choose new upgrades that benefit the energy, running cost, and longevity we look to sustain within these integrated systems. Our clients know that they can count on Liz to constantly work forward with them to protect and maintain their systems.

What do you enjoy most about this industry?
With any industry, the customer experience is the most important, and being able to communicate and listen to our clients needs is crucial. I work diligently to make sure that the level of care and support they receive is at the highest level of satisfaction. I understand that when problems do arise I work to address them to the proper service technician or service desk specialist in a timely fashion so that they can get back up and running.
