Service Summer Intern
Utilizing site points lists, Hannah is creating PM Plans in ConnectWise for all service agreement accounts. After incorporating account tech’s existing PM Plans into her own, she will meet with the account tech & account manager for each site to review the final PM Plan and add time estimates for each panel. If there is a discrepancy between existing agreement visits (e.g. 12/year) and existing maintenance scope (e.g. 16/year), she will meet with Danielle’s team and the account tech to discuss agreement modification options for the customer.
