Q
Any hobbies you have that influence your work?
A
One of my favourite hobbies is mixed martial arts. While working with other people in training you need to constantly focus on the changing situation in front of you. On the job, this leads to being able to quickly evaluate problems and to find reasonable solutions that make sense and work for everyone.
