Service Administrative Supervisor

With over fifteen years of highly responsible service support experience, Theresa is constantly applying her skillset to the fullest at TEC Systems.  As our Service Administration Supervisor, she works diligently with our coordinators, field technicians, and financial department to facilitate the necessary tasks over the duration of our projects.  From assisting in the scheduling of maintenance and proposing follow-up repair work to the handling of Service Department account financials, our clients know that they can trust Theresa to accommodate their needs whether preventative protection or emergency matters in a timely fashion.  Additionally, she follows-up with our clients to ensure they are receiving the essential care and guidance required better suit their building needs. In collaboration with our in-house Service Department, she contributes to further improving  structure, database platforms and processes that we build to administratively serve our clients and support our field technicians. Overall, Theresa works hard to implement strategies and changes that help us move our department flow along to improved standards.

What do you enjoy most about your profession?
I enjoy being able to provide help and guidance to those who seek it. My past experience and knowledge has provided me the ability to effectively discuss issues with my clients so that I can address their concerns and, in turn my clients feel confident in the services we provide. Understanding that sometimes due to the criticality of their operations, my clients may feel anxious when system problems arise, I am able to relieve some of that tension and help cater immediate service with the best possible technician for the job. This kind of gratification I sense from my clients is why I continue to love my career.
