Midtown Manhattan has presumably seen a lot of construction going on between 74th and the FDR for the newly anticipated Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. TEC was originally awarded the BMS contract in 2014 and has been engineering and deploying the system by installments. The cancer center is set to complete construction in 2019, and shortly thereafter open its doors to recovery.

Last week was the topping off ceremony to stamp the fulfillment of the steel structure with the final beam. It was a great endeavor for our team, tradesmen, and other contractors to come together to sign off on one of the many milestones to hit. With 750,000 square feet, we look forward to embarking on the many phases of construction that bring forth a level of innovation, and efficient development for the health care market.
