19th Century Landmark Reinvented – The Development of 443 Greenwich

What once stood a book binding warehouse dating back to the 1800’s, is now on the verge of opening its doors to a lofty revamp of 53 condos. 443 Greenwich street has been in the works since 2013 crafting a one-of-a-kind development that features forty five apartments and eight penthouses. The unique and sophisticated project brings forth a beautiful development to Tribeca’s growing scene of reclaimed properties.

TEC crafted a BMS that will maintain the ideal conditions and equipment for lasting protection. Fan coil units and make-up systems that included kitchen exhaust fans were a primary element as majority of the tenants would be extremely reliant on their cooking utilities. These systems were thoroughly furnished with devices and sensors to assure that safe ventilation and air quality were established.
