Before joining TEC, Samantha Andre gained extensive experience as a Project Coordinator at MTI, where she honed her project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. She also served as a Human Resources Coordinator at EY, developing a strong foundation in employee relations and organizational support.

Earlier in her career, Samantha worked in the television industry in Los Angeles as a Production Coordinator at Bunim Murray Productions and Tribune Entertainment. During that time, she contributed to notable shows such as The Simple Life with Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie, The Real World, Andromeda with Kevin Sorbo, and Mutant X. These roles taught her the importance of teamwork, meeting tight deadlines, and creative problem-solving in fast-paced environments.

Samantha is excited to leverage her diverse background to contribute to the success of TEC’s projects.

A
To me, success is defined by completing projects on time while ensuring high-quality deliverables. I believe that maintaining satisfaction for both internal and external customers is crucial, as it fosters trust and collaboration. Additionally, I find that leveraging my negotiation skills to secure the best deals not only benefits our projects but also strengthens relationships with stakeholders.
