Jaydip Dudhatra, known as JD, began his journey at TEC Systems as a Summer Intern, diving into work that has always ignited his passion. He later discovered that many of his colleagues share his educational background, having graduated from NYIT, which has fostered a sense of community and belonging for him. From a young age, JD has had a keen interest in working with laptops, and his natural curiosity and problem-solving mindset have propelled him to his current role.

In his position, JD is responsible for responding to user service requests and troubleshooting technical issues while developing effective IT solutions. He supports PC hardware components, desktop operating systems, and application software, performs minor repairs on in-house equipment, and coordinates further servicing as needed. Additionally, JD assists with inventory management and equipment documentation, contributes to the technical documentation library, and tests in-house developed software to ensure functionality. He also manages antivirus software maintenance to safeguard systems, assists in the development of proprietary building automation software under supervision, and maintains software-based firewalls for clients, all of which reflect his commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in the IT realm.
