InterContinental Hotel
OVERVIEW
Occupying the heart of New York City’s Time Square, InterContinental stands among the most prestigious hotels and resorts, offering a business center, event space, and premier accommodations. TEC Systems, entrusted with over six hundred rooms, assures intensive comfort as well as safe running conditions for the many guests that occupy the hotel daily. To maintain eco-friendliness, TEC integrated cooling towers, and airhandlers with VFD drives, all conveniently monitored by a single custom front-end computer, engineered by TEC’s brilliant developers, and graphics department. TEC’s Building Management System (BMS) allows for ease-of-use during peak seasons, allowing their front-end to not only visually see changes made to run more cost-effectively, but also control set points to ensure optimal sensor performance. It’s system dependability for InterContinental and their guests alike.
