OVERVIEW

Built in the early 1920’s, the Museum of the City of New York stands today as a unique NYC landmark, reflecting the city’s traditional colonial Georgian architecture. The museum houses fully restored Rockefeller rooms completely furnished with artwork, furniture, and genuine objects. Countless photographs, paintings and historical pieces depend on precise temperature and humidity controls provided by TEC Systems. The museum is outfitted with the latest automation and building control equipment complimentary of Honeywell.

After successful installation, TEC went a step further, creating a user interface at a single workstation to monitor exhibits and event space, creating for a comfortable environment for the museum’s many guests. With an ambitious exhibition schedule, the museum depends on TEC Systems to provide continual aid in the preservation of New York’s rich history.
