Andrew Halford
Chief Technical Officer
Andrew joined TEC in 2019, bringing over 24 years of experience from Honeywell. During his tenure at Honeywell, he held a range of roles in both Sales and Technical functions, ultimately serving as the Global Product Development lead for more than six years. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in the development of Honeywell’s mainstream controller products and software solutions, many of which remain integral to the company’s offerings today.
As Chief Technical Officer of TEC, Andrew leads the delivery teams responsible for Software Programming, Graphics/UX Design, and IT, driving innovation and excellence across these critical functions.
