Daniel Soto is a dedicated Field Technician at TEC Systems, currently contributing to the Service and Commissioning teams. He completed 14 weeks of training in Building Automation with Stacks & Joules from February to June 2024, gaining a solid foundation in the field. Since joining TEC Systems in July 2024, Daniel has been engaged in six weeks of on-site training, further honing his skills and expertise as a Field Technician. His commitment to professional growth and development is evident as he continues to expand his knowledge and experience in building automation systems.

What do you find unique about TEC's line of work?

Before this year, I had no idea that this field even existed. However, after being introduced to it and now working in a role focused on controls for Building Management Systems (BMS), I have come to truly understand the significance of this field and the impact of my job.
