Emmanuel Berkmans is an Assistant Project Manager on TEC’s Construction team, where he works closely with Richard Brown to support project coordination, field execution, and cross-trade collaboration throughout the construction lifecycle. He brings a strong technical foundation and hands-on field experience to support successful project delivery.

Prior to joining TEC, Emmanuel worked as a BMS Technician, leading retrofit and commissioning efforts for complex HVAC and building management systems. His background includes controller installation, BACnet integration, functional testing, air balancing support, and field troubleshooting across high-performance building systems. He has also supported energy compliance and benchmarking initiatives for multifamily and commercial properties, combining technical analysis with project coordination and client-facing communication.

Emmanuel is known for his collaborative approach, attention to detail, and ability to bridge field operations with project management needs. His experience across controls, energy systems, and maintenance enables him to contribute effectively to construction projects from planning through closeout.
