Mike has been with TEC since May 2021 and currently serves as an EBI Engineering Manager on the Programming Team. Throughout his tenure, he has grown within the organization, taking on increasing responsibility as he’s advanced into leadership within the programming function.

He brings a strong background in programming and controls integration, and plays a key role in guiding the development of high-quality software solutions for building automation systems. Mike helps ensure the team operates efficiently, maintains strong technical standards, and delivers reliable, well-executed code across projects.

He also supports cross-functional collaboration between programming, engineering, and field teams, helping translate complex requirements into practical system solutions. Through his leadership and technical expertise, Mike contributes to both team development and TEC’s overall success in delivering high-performance building systems.
