Roland serves as TEC’s Director of Engineering, where he leads the build‑out and operations of the firm’s New Jersey Engineering Office and works closely with the engineering leadership to support growth and cross‑office collaboration. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University and brings over a decade of experience in building automation systems and engineering leadership across the New York and New Jersey market.
