Ron Herrmann serves as Vice President of Strategic Projects at TEC Building Systems, where he provides senior leadership and technical guidance on the company’s most complex and large-scale initiatives. In this role, he works closely with project and engineering teams to solve complex automation challenges and ensure successful project delivery for TEC’s clients. With decades of experience in building automation and systems integration, Ron brings deep technical insight and a practical, solutions-oriented approach that helps clients navigate sophisticated building control environments.

Ron Hermann has over 40 years of experience in the Building Automation and contracting industry. He has been with TEC Building Systems LLC since July 1995. Ron holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
