Third party protocol integrates with the chiller plant that contains several cooling tower cells, and condenser water system that works with primary chilled and condenser water pumps to adequately supply campus.
Steam & Hot Water Systems
Sophisticated boiler enabled with set point system in place that effectively monitors the flow pressure and adaquate temperature required.
Cool Air Controls
Numerous AHU's and exhaust fans serve the facility as well as the multiple mechanical rooms to maintain proper air quality throughout.

Chilled Water Systems
Through turbine and electrical chillers, the chilled water is utilized on campus to provide central air-conditioning thought the campuses academic buildings.
Steam & Hot Water Systems
Newly installed boilers and two cascade heaters help provide an efficient amount of hot water at approximately 350°F, that's required for the steam and water supply.
Heat Applications
Additionally, the steam is also used to drive steam turbines, which are connected to the large chillers that produce the required chilled water supply.
Network & Integration Controls
Rockwell's Allen Bradley controllers and Rosemount devices work seamlessly through the custom built BMS to not only provide real-time data but also to work immediately with commands.

Chilled Water Systems
One 1200 and two 1000 ton electric drive chillers establish a sophisticated cooling system that helps to feed the ice storage system that enables the tower for free cooling mode when applicable conditions apply.

Cool Air Controls
Coil units on all tenant floors are monitored to assure the air pressure, temperature and humidity levels are running to maintain a comfortable atmosphere.
Sustainable Applications
The energy sustainable central cooling plant utilizes river water that provides direct cooling supply for up to four months throughout the year by cycling through the cooling tower plant. Installed devices help to monitor these running conditions through the BMS for advanced trending and data results.

Within the building are high efficiency pressure-steam systems that supply the secondary water loops that serve the shell and tube heat exchangers to adequately serve up the buildings perimeter heating fan power boxes.
Network & Integration Controls
Navigable easy-to-use screen help optimize and enhance the way the engineers and staff benchmark data and trends. This enables them to find new opportunities in the BMS for running cost and energy savings.
