A Satisfied Customer is the ultimate success in my role here at TEC. That's really the bottom line. Without satisfied customers, there would not be any Service Contracts, which would result in no need for Service Technicians.
Keeping their BMS Systems running at peak performance, troubleshooting and repairing issues in a timely fashion, and keeping the Customer well informed, all contribute to a successful relationship.
