Ed Nakashian is a driven and collaborative leader with over 25 years of experience in Portfolio, Site, and Facility Management, Project Management, Automated HVAC Building Management, Security Control Systems, Mechanical and Electrical Systems, and Construction. Known for his exceptional organizational skills, Ed ensures that every aspect of a project—down to the smallest detail—meets user needs while maintaining the highest standards.

With a strong commitment to creating safe work environments, Ed brings a firm yet supportive approach to project oversight. His expertise in streamlining operations through continuous improvement principles has made him highly effective in increasing both process and project efficiency.
