Many of our followers may have seen our recent social media campaign #employee #experience running for the past few weeks highlighting some of our brilliant team members, and learning about their passion and dedication to the controls industry. It’s a great opportunity for us to learn about our engineers, designers, programmers, and others and how they got to this point in their life.
Last Friday we caught up with Nimat MD, Project Engineer who has been here since 2017. His story stuck out to us because of a robotic arm that he has sitting front-and-center on his desk. Growing up in Bangladesh as a kid, his father had presented him a kit for this robotic arm. Knowing his son was eager to grow up and be a successful engineer, he supported his dreams and fed into the passion at such a young age of 12. As time moved on and his passion grew, Nimat made the move to America in 2012 to pursue his passion. On top of learning all the ins-and-outs of his industries latest and greatest, and learning a new language, Nimat persevered through it all. Today Nimat is busy working on a slew of our highest profile developments creating custom sequences to integrate to the latest state-of-the-art equipment for a greener and more sustainable future. It is now our turn to give Nimat the tools and opportunity to create the innovate changes of the future.
