With sustainable implementations on the developmental rise, TEC is constantly looking for significant and innovative tools to incorporate into our automated BMS platforms. Because of the nature of the open protocols, we can bring forth a level of scalable architecture that centralizes on high quality comfort levels and control. To maximize on this, TEC invited Aircuity to meet with our design engineers and sales team to showcase how there system meets the markets demand and our passion for long-term energy efficient solutions.

Aircuity’s smart solutions can be established in a wide range of commercial, institutional and lab building applications. TEC has had the ability to integrate with Aircuity’s systems on an array of our projects which include, The New School, Museum of Modern Art, and most recently Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in Manhattan. The accuracy of critical and environmental parameters are able to signify the need of ventilation systems in implemented developments. Building owners can reach new levels of optimizing their energy savings and ROI. From sensor accuracy to monitoring, the systems events can bring functionality and designated features full circle.
