330 Hudson Street
OVERVIEW
Originally a warehouse in what was once New York’s industrial center, 330 Hudson is currently undergoing an eco-friendly redevelopment that adheres to its historic aesthetic. Featuring an eight-story addition that mimics the existing structure, the building is pre-certified LEED Gold. To complement these features, TEC Systems is designing and installing a building management system to be integrated with the structure’s new and existing operations. With 1,500-ton Marley cooling towers, ConEdison steam-to-plate heat exchangers, and other cutting-edge technologies all synced on a Honeywell BMS server, 330 Hudson will not only visually stick to its roots — it will operate because of them, too.
