Jennifer Scarpantonio serves as a People & Talent Partner at TEC Building Systems, where she supports People Operations and initiatives that enhance the employee experience across the organization. In this role, Jennifer helps manage onboarding processes, maintain HR systems and documentation, support employee relations and performance management activities, and assist with internal communications and engagement initiatives.

Jennifer works closely with leadership and employees to help ensure smooth talent processes and consistent support throughout the employee lifecycle. She brings a strong background in HR operations, along with an MBA and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, contributing to the continued growth and development of TEC’s people and culture.
