Kasey Cristilli is a Business Development Manager at TEC Building Systems, where she drives new business growth across target markets. Kasey brings a strong background in technical sales and business development. Prior to joining TEC, she served as a Senior Account Manager at Honeywell, where she built a $10M pipeline and consistently exceeded quota in a challenging territory. She also held roles at Johnson Controls and Salesforce, where she was recognized for outperforming targets, building new territories from the ground up, and leading complex, full-cycle sales efforts. She began her career at Lutron Electronics, developing a strong foundation in building systems while driving revenue growth across commercial sectors.

Kasey holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Penn State. She is known for her ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, value-driven outcomes for clients.
