Louie has been working on our warehouse and delivery team for over 15 years. With that said, he is the prime example of precision and scheduling. Louie over the years has learned the ins and outs of our warehouse and can pinpoint the needs of the company as well getting packages to clients in a timely manner. His encyclopedic knowledge of our inventory, and ability to set quality service standards and comply with procedures for job-site delivery ensures the efficient completion of all our projects and the smooth daily operations.

What extra steps do you take to keep the client happy?

Working here at TEC I make sure to abide by a smooth schedule that is both convenient for our clients and project managers. I help to coordinate the logistics for specific products and panels that are required on many of the job sites that we handle. The communication between the contractors and us are crucial to proper time management we must adhere to. My flexibility and willingness help to meet tight deadlines and emergency service response.
