Matt brings more than 20 years of experience in facilities services, building automation, and construction-focused business development. He has held leadership roles at T.M. Bier & Associates, Schneider Electric, Control Technologies, and Integrated Building Controls, where he led major commercial projects, developed long-term client partnerships, and built high-performing teams.

With a hands-on background in Building Automation Systems, Matt combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of client needs, enabling TEC to deliver tailored, reliable solutions across every project.
