Service Team Supervisor

Chris comes to our service department with a slue of attributes that qualify him as being a crucial team member here at TEC. Originally a lead licensed engineer, Chris showcases his direct responsibilities for being an integral asset during building transitions from constriction phase to full operation. In addition, Chris has the ability to create and manage master turn over punch lists that help to keep projects moving fluidly and punctually. While here in our full service department, Chris takes the initiative to assume all responsibilities from preventative maintenance, to properly calibrating and adjusting equipment in the field for optimized running conditions. Chris has demonstrated a track of leadership and discipline in his work while always assuring client comfort and security.

What do you enjoy most about your profession?
Being able to efficiently assist our clients with time critical issues keeps our team motivated. From upgrades to diagnostics I am about to put forth my knowledge and arrive at custom solutions to some of the most challenging issues we face in this industry. I continue to learn the varying practices we carryout for integration implementations to create dynamic BMS systems. Ultimately I enjoy being able to not only provide routine service, but also provide new and improved results for more efficient running buildings.
